Your information will only be shared with employees who are dealing with contracts or the process of entering into a contract and any companies we have dealings with to fulfil a contract, but this information will be kept to a minimum where possible.  Our data retention period is a minimum of 6 years or as necessary to meet legal requirements.

You are entitled to request access to the personal information (commonly known as a ‘data subject access request’) that we hold on you; any such request should be made using our contact details below.  If any data we hold is inaccurate, please let us know, and this will be corrected promptly.  You also have the right to request erasure of your personal data which we will do, provided this is not in conflict with our other legal obligations to hold records.
